Performance Title : My Ceremony
Concept:
When I was boy, I had lived in the aboliginal village of Hua-Liang. It had
been falled on the time that Kuoming-Tang was enforcing the martial law
for about 40 years. This experience has a great im-portance to me. It is
still asking me the relationship between my "village" and "nation".

私は花蓮の原住民部落で少年時代を過ごした。それは同時に40年近くにおよぶ国民党統治下の戒厳令の時期とも重なっている。こうした人生経験は私にとって重要な意味を持っている。現在に至るまで、私の『部落』と私の『国家』との間にはいったい如何なるかかわりがあるのかを、私は間い続けているのだから…。
